Locally owned · Since 2025
Built on doing it right.
No call centers. No upsell scripts. Just experienced plumbers and HVAC techs who treat your home like our own.
Who we are
Des Moines Plumbing & HVAC is locally owned by Blake Daniels, who also owns Busy Builders, a Central Iowa remodeling and home-building company that's been working in the metro since 2020. We started the plumbing and HVAC company in 2025 to do that work the way it should be done — diagnose the actual problem, tell the customer the truth, fix it for a fair price, and stand behind the work.
Nate is our lead technician. He's the one you'll see at the door, and he runs every job on the same rules: on time, upfront pricing, no upsell scripts.
We're not the biggest shop in town, and we're fine with that. You call, a real person answers, and the price is in writing before any work starts.
Lead Technician
Meet Nate
Nate leads the plumbing and HVAC work across the Des Moines metro. He believes the trade should be honest, the work should be done right the first time, and you should always know what you're paying for and why.
